These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to access to and use of LifeInTheUKTestSupport.co.uk and the platforms and services operated by CivicLearn.
1. Service provider

2. Nature of the product
LifeInTheUKTestSupport.co.uk provides access to digital learning tools, including practice tests, exam simulations, explanations and study materials related to the Life in the UK Test.
No physical products are supplied. Access is provided exclusively online via your web browser on computer, tablet or mobile device.
3. Account creation
To access purchased content, a user account is created using the email address provided at checkout. Login is handled via “magic link” authentication provided by our authentication service, Supabase.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible.
4. Pricing and payment
The price for access to the platform is displayed on the checkout page. The UK product is offered as a one-time payment granting lifetime access.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Once payment is successfully completed, access to the digital product is granted immediately.
5. Delivery and access
Access to the platform is activated automatically immediately after payment confirmation.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the service continues to exist in its current form and is operated by CivicLearn / Testrada. While we aim for long-term availability, unlimited duration cannot be guaranteed.
6. Refunds and cancellations
As the product consists of digital content delivered immediately, standard cooling-off or cancellation rights do not apply once access has been granted.
Refunds are not provided, except where:
- access was never delivered due to a technical issue on our side, and
- you contact us within a reasonable time so the issue can be investigated.
User-related issues such as an incorrect email address, lack of access to your email account, or dissatisfaction with results or difficulty level do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- share or resell your account or access to others,
- copy, distribute or publish platform content without permission,
- attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate the service.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
8. Third-party services
The Platform relies on the following third-party service providers:
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Supabase – database and authentication.
- Cloudflare – hosting, CDN, security and performance.
- WonderPush – optional push notifications.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the use of these necessary services.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is a private study and training tool. It is not affiliated with the Government of the United Kingdom, or any other public authority.
We do not guarantee:
- that you will pass the official citizenship test,
- that all questions exactly match the official exam,
- that the Platform will always operate without errors or interruptions.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of income, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform (text, images, audio, software and materials) is owned by Testrada or its licensors. Copying or distribution is not permitted without prior written consent.
11. Data protection
The processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary for technical, legal or operational reasons. The most current version will always be available on this page.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the British courts.
